Salmo Plus is a blend of 100% Cerrado region coffees. The coffee was purchased at farm-gate from a select group of 12 farmers and processed by Volcafe Santos.
Ripe and raisin cherries (cherries left to dry on the tree) were mechanically harvested, sent to the washing station on the farm by tractors and were cleaned and separated by density (ripe to one side, raisin to the other). They were dried in the sun on cement patios and then put in mechanical driers to ensure an even result. After drying, they rested in wooden boxes for 30-plus days before being hulled and sent for additional reprocessing (sorted by screens and with color and density machines).

Roasting & Shipping Information
Please Note: We believe freshness matters. That's why when you place an order online, you're not getting a jar pulled from a shelf. All orders will be roasted on Friday (after your order has been placed), the beans will rest for two days and all orders would be shipped/delivered by Monday. Thanks for your patience.

WHEN DO YOU ROAST?
All of our online orders are roasted to order, and we roast every Friday and ship our coffees by Monday.
ARE WE FAIR TRADE?
We purchase Fair Trade certified coffees, ensuring our farmers are compensated appropriately.
WHAT IS THE ROAST LEVEL & PROFILE?
We roast our coffees individually to emphasize their distinct characteristics, leading to a spectrum of light roast to medium.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE FREQUENCY OF MY SUBSCRIPTION?
To change the order frequency of an existing subscription, please follow these steps:
Select the Account Management icon.
Log in to your account.
Select Manage Subscription.
"Under "Order frequency", select "Change frequency".
Select a new Frequency.
HOW DO I SKIP/RESUME A SHIPMENT?
To skip/resume an order, please follow these steps:
Select the Account Management Icon.
Log in to your account.
Select the Manage Subscription.
Select View Details under the subscription you would like to skip an order for.
Select Manage upcoming orders.
Select Skip Order beside the order you would like to skip.
If your subscription has an order that was skipped that needs to be reversed, you can follow steps 1-6 and select Recover Order to reverse the change that was made earlier.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
To cancel a subscription on your store, please follow these steps:
Select the Account Management Icon.
Log in to your account.
Select Manage Subscription.
Select View Details under the subscription that needs to be cancelled.
Select Cancel Subscription.
Choose a cancellation reason.
