Shipping policy

Roasting & Processing Time: 

Small-Batch Quality: We roast our beans in small batches to ensure peak flavor. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be roasted, packed, and shipped. Additionally, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays, which may add to your order processing time. 

Shipping Methods: 

Carriers: We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground to balance speed with lower carbon footprint. These carriers also observe most national holidays, so that may affect shipping times. 

Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your beans are on their way. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update once the carrier scans your package.
