Returns & Freshness

Because coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we cannot accept returns once a bag has been opened. However, we want you to love every cup. If your beans aren't what you expected, or if your signature jar arrives damaged, please read out to us at contact@browndogroasting.com within 14 days. We will make it right. 

Refund Policy

Damages and issues: If your BrownDog Starter Pack signature glass jar arrives damaged or broken, please email us a photo of the packaging and the item within 48 hours of deliver. We will ship a replacement to you immediately at no extra cost. 

Order Issues: If we made a mistake with your order (wrong roast), please let us know. We will send the correct item right away-no need to send the original item back. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
