Subscription Terms
By purchasing Brown Dog subscription, you agree to recurring deliveries of fresh-roasted coffee at the frequency you selected. Your payment method will be stored securely and automatically charged for each scheduled shipment at the "Subscribe & Save" rate displayed at checkout.
Managing Your Options
We believe in great coffee, not complicated contracts. You have full control over your subscription through your BrownDog Customer Account. You may:
Skip or Pause: delay a deliver if you haven't finished your current jar.
Swap Your Roast: Change your coffee selection for your next refill.
Update Frequency: Adjust how often your beans arrive to match your brewing pace.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time-no questions asked.
The Cutoff: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled roast, please cancel or pause at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
Finality: Once an order has been processed or roasted, it cannot be intercepted or refunded. Cancellation stops all future billing and deliveries immediately.
